PEDIGREES
We have dogs from five different states, representing several different family strains, to which we regularly add. It was only after careful research that we selected these dogs. Not only for conformation, but for their pedigrees as well. A pedigree truely represents a piece of history. You see, good breeders of the modern day always stand on the shoulders of the good breeders of the past. It is an art to select and breed good dogs. It takes an educated eye, understanding of other peoples work before you, it takes the time and will to do all the selecting, and the breeding planning, and it takes a long term dedication to carry out the work it takes, to produce healthy pups of consistant quality. Top quality dog breeders respect and value the work of the breeders before them, few people understand what it takes, better than us modern-day breeders. This is the real meaning behind the names on a pedigree.
We have researched and continue to research the pedigrees of the dogs in our breeding group. As a courtesy we pass on what we know about our dogs, we provide each puppy with a minimum 3 generation pedigree and gladly provide more information if we have it, which we often do. We provide pedigree info on the internet for each litter we have for sale, as well as public pedigree information for many of our breeding dogs.
REGISTRATIONS
All our dogs are registered with UKCI: Universal Kennel Club International. Some are dual registered with UKC: United Kennel club. All of our litters are registered with UKCI and individual registration application papers are issued to buyers for each pup we sell. The cost is $12 dollars to register a dog into your name, we encourage puppy buyers to put the dog in their name because it helps promote this handy dandy little breed within the registries they belong too and it promotes pride of ownership.
